Many time unexpected exposure to offending allergen, cold exposure, or smog or skipping asthma medication can cause asthma attack.
Heavy meals, certain medication like asprin, ibuprofen and other Beta blockers (medicine for hypertension), beta blocker eye drops can also cause severe asthma attack.

hi i am at home after another admission in hospital due to asthma and i am a little preeved. Because it was so unexpected this attack.
